Project  • Flame Red Necklace

Sometimes we feel bored when any accessories worn for many many times…
Yes, we are the fancy animal who always hunger for another piece of beautiful stuff when actually we have a lot in out closet.
Arrhh.. women!

Well, now I have a piece a stone necklace that I owned long time ago. YES, I FEEL BORED WITH IT NOW!
Primary colors are so in, so I decided to turn it into a bloody red statement neckpiece~

First, get yourself a bottle of spray of your favour choice~
Clean your old necklace, make sure no dirt on it. Dust-free surface will get you a smoother surface.
Place it on a board/ newspaper/anywhere suitable to spray.

Start spray it now!
Tips: Be patient and don’t be greedy when you spray, wait till a thin coat fully dry then apply the second layer. You may need to apply few layers till the satisfying outcome as you wish.

Tada, here you are!

This is one of my favor neckpiece now.
It is so easy to style in any simple outfit, I even wore it to event. :)

D.I.Y: Mirror Mirror In The Casing

Project  • Mirror Mirror In The Casing

I have small box with my falsies/ cotton pad/ cotton buds/ small clips/ tiny lil stuffs organised neatly.
Too bad I  found that something is missing. I always have to seek for external mirror for checking my makeup.
Finally I came out with an idea: Why don’t I make the cover as mirror?

You can use any kind of mirror, as long as size able to fit in the cover.
Well I have an empty compact powder casing here.

Clean the mirror, use sharp tool take the mirror out carefully.

Option of adhensive: You can either use dunlop glue/ glue gun/ double side tape (em, only good quality).

Choose the perfect location where you wish to stick mirror on, and…stick it on. :P

Ta-d! There you are, my lil casing with mirror’s on.

Restyle Remade Recycle: Give Vintage Wedding Dress A Second Life

A day a customer walked in my studio, told me she has her mum 30 years old wedding dress in hand. She would like to wear it on her own wedding, asking me what to do with the dress. Frankly, the dress is super outdated in style, yet it was beautifully made thirty years ago. The main thing is about love! The blessing of mother to her daughter… I take the job immediately because this is a meaningful project.

I re-style this dress into off shoulder goddess mermaid skirt, by adding romantic elements such as lace and beading detail.

Yes, this is it!

Oh ya, I attend her wedding as well. :)

DIY : Bag Holder

For those ladies who store your handbag in hanging way, I bet most of you must be quite frustrated when your beloved handbag handle run out of shape. Especially those narrow hook type, it will definitely hurt the material surface. I have been headache on it too. Here’s the solution I found out to solve  this problem.

You might need a drill on this DIY project. for screwing the cap to the door/ cupboard when you wish to hang your collection of bags. Just like photo above.

I’m using spray bottle cap, cos I have a lot. :)

Of course there are a lot of alternate options, observe around, see what can be recycled!
